Superb service from Lidatek....

Hi Folks,

I know it's been posted before that Lidatek has awesome customer service, but I just thought I would reiterate it once again . I had an issue with one of my Lidatek setups, and they are shipping me replacement ones free of charge! I will ship them back the old ones and I'll go upon my merry way.

How's that for customer service? Unbeatable. Lidatek will definitely get my business for future laser jammer needs

Thanks again to the guys at Lidatek!

-Chris

Great Treatment

Chris:

Did they offer you the option of upgrading to the LE-30 in August at a discount? See my post HERE

I have to chime in as well. A couple of months ago I started to experience the false alert issue that affected some early examples. A couple of emails and a couple of days later I had a fedex package at the house with two brand new units

Repeat business and my wholehearted recommendation are assured!
