squeeky rear speaker shelf

Anyone have a rear speaker shelf that has those annoying rubber sounding squeeks when driving over surfaces not perfectly smooth ?

My first try at the BMW dealership was not successful [only tightened back seat]: Anyone have any ideas ?

Mine does the same thing. It only seems to rattle though when I play music with lot's of bass. For me, no bass = no rattle. It's still annoying. Hope someone out there has the answer to fix this problem. A 70k + car should not rattle or squeak regardless!
