hey there guys...
i've already done a search on the forums but i could not pinpoint my exact case...maybe some of you could help me out. It seems as if whenever im pulling into my garage..there is a bump that i need to over come...whenever im going over that bump...i hear a God awful clunking noise coming from underneath the car. It makes a really weird clunking sounds..what could that be?? also...whenever im engaging and disengaging the clutch...it makes a clunk sound whenever im moving slowly in first gear.
The car only has 9,000 miles....so what is it?? Any help would be much appreciated....

First check your rear Sway bar bracket. They have a habit of snapping when going in and out of driveways.

Hopefully it is as simple as that.

thanks for the info MIB...do you think that there is a possibility it is actually snapped or broken??

Its just the bracket cracks and then lets go. Its a $2 bracket.

But it will keep doing it.

Checkout the Yoda with Beastpower brackets to see a lifetime fix, to see pics of the super brackets, sitting on my motor.

$195 for Billet aluminum brackets. If that is what your problem is, then this will solve it forever.

Others make cheaper ones as well. I think TCM has some also.

I had a problem with a loose/broken exhaust hanger that made all sorts of noise. Once diagnosed it was an easy fix.
It's also possible for you to have a loose/broken transmission mount, or if you've had a short-shift kit installed, the clips on it may not be completely tight and could be working themselves loose.
