Superchip?

I have not heard of anyone using this product. If it was such a great deal, why no takers?

Powerchip has been very helpful and in my opinion the best product for my needs for the price. Has anyone here used Superchip?

Mark

Hey T, not a flame,

But someone finally tops Dinan, and we compare their price to a no name brand.

This is better than Dinan, so it should be worth the total of all Dinan chips added together, and then some.

Hey MIB, you can Powerchip Yoda NOW!!! I posted it on the other thread, but anyways, I just got an email from Wayne that the switch is almost here, and you do not need to purchase them together. The switch is just another $290 upgrade which may take ~2 hours to be fitted. So you can do the powerchip upgrade now and get the switch when it comes out. I'm pretty sure someone on the board will do a complete "how-to" along with pics when the switch is available.

Thanks Kiwi,

I knew that, but I still have to get baseline runs so I know where I've come from. I wanted a Dyno at stock and at least one Quarter mile day.

The QM is supposed to be tonight . But it is very overcast already and the forecast is for rain

So I may have to wait even longer to get my stock run in.

These guys have done many of my cars. I had seven different chips for my HSV Senator that I used to race. Once I figured out which 2 I liked best, wayne could hard wire both, and set a switch to turn between the two. Basically it was QM chip for when I was running 104+ Octane Bosster with extra sdvance. And the other was the Street chip for when I was just on Premium Unleaded.

Its been said before and I'll say it again, These guys are the real deal.

Its for when the valet has to park your car, it drastically reduces the rev limit so he can only putter around and not light up your tyres and fry your clutch whilst your in dinning.

I think calloway had something similar in their corvettes a few years ago that was activated with a key. They could switch the car to 200Hp for when your teenage son drove it. Then you keep the key. When you unlock it your back to 400Hp.

Concering the Superchip programs...don't know who is the crook here but I purchased a Hamann software which was supposedly optimized for their headers and race cats. All I got was a superchip program that raised the rev and speed limiter and increased throttle response. A huge scam these boys are running. No matter who is to blame stay away from both these companies when it comes to software.

TFung and others.

Bot Tony & I initially had Superchips and we got rid of them for Powerchip as soon as possible. The Superchip did very little other than remove the top speed limiter and raise the rev limiter. We didn't feel much of a difference besides that with the SC.

The PC is the way to go!

I would say that is pretty clear what you are trying to say there Steve.

Looking forward to more results on the Dinan CAI tests.
