Boston brother: Hope you didn't get ticketed!

Crusin' back from a 4th of July picnic at around 80/85, and from my peripheral vision I see the quad pipes of a Titianum M5 roll past-- nice and clean for the holiday just like mine. Giving it a short dose of the go-pedal I catch up: big smile and a wave. Good to see a brother on the road.

Backing off a bit due to traffic I start hearing the V1 squaking a faint brap of K-band. Seemed like maybe a stray so I tuck back in and grab an open lane where I'm back to around 85. Seeing the beast in front of me increasingly far away I start to get on it again. And just as I do a black unmarked trooper changes lane and makes himself known. I'm thinking, "Oh crap, screwed at 90+ mph". A good stab of the breaks however, a he passes me and continues on to pull over the dude in the Ti M5! Damnit!

I was lucky tonight... hope you were too! Rocket, was that you man!? It looked like a Kellener's exaust, but not you behind the wheel.

Yes, the state police are out to make up those governent deficits this weekend. Glad to see you got out unscathed Doug, too bad another M5 felt the wrath instead . It was not 'Rocket as he was in NYC. Also, Greek M5 in not around, so I do not think it was a board member.

Glad it wasn't you, Chris! At the time I thought it could have been seeing how it had large-tipped after-makrket exaust, and what appeared to be non-stock wheels.

No significance really, I just see those black Crown Vics with tinted windows everywhere. You gotta be VERY careful of them....
