I can't say enough about how well the Stoptech's handles the braking duties and still manages to remain fade free even MANY MANY hard stops. The suspension handles the twisties well too. I've managed to create the perfect cruiser for highway and canyon duties.
My Mini S will be my ultimate canyon toy though.
Oh yes, Pong, the SSK makes quick work of those shifting actions too.

Jason,
From the list of your mods it looks like it would be a great canyon/highway car.
However, even with mods, it still takes a lot of work to hang with the Porsches, especially the more modified ones.
I am planning to do a bunch of mods also:
I am exploring the possibility of doing the Kelleners Sport Stage 2 65hp upgrade, ACS DFC suspension, Stoptech or Brembo brakes, and a few other things to make it more competent and fun. However, I don't think it will ever come close to achieving GT3 performance levels-- after all, one is a bahn stormer, the other is a race car disguised for the street.
Both will complement each other well.
