Hey NJ M5, Sharif took a bunch of pics of our cars and he's going to post them soon.
As per the E.T. times yesterday, I don't think the track was as sticky as it should have been.I've run a 13.4 there with alot less mods on my car. Hopefully we'll be able to go back when it's warmer out and rip off a couple of high 12 second passes. Either way we had a ton of fun.Hope Sharif can post his pics real soon.

Hey Otto..........

Based on what you did to your car, I'd ditch the DINAN software and try out the POWER CHIP software, since it might improve your time. What do you think? Try it out!!!

Need more info to help.

What was your times. Your Terminal speeds, 60 fts.

What rpm did you take off at. What was your tyre pressure. Which way did you point your tongue when you took off.

Sorry about the delay. I am having some trouble uploading the pictures from the camera. I agree it was a very nice meet, the next time we have to organize it so we can all run together ie arrive at the same time. Nice meeting you guys.
My best run 13.3
reaction time .915
60' of 2.156
1/8 of 8.688
mph 105.27

This is a stock 02 M3 w/ SMG, with significantly bald tires. I think I can get the car to 13 flat or maybe even high 12's. I used Launch Control which drops the clutch at 1800 rpms

Sharif, that is a very good time in the Qtr mile. I'm goin' to get some slicks for my M5 for the next time we go down.I need to be in the 12's
Otto, you did very good for your first time. From the video we collected you spun the wheels the first 60 feet. That rite there will kill your time.Get some slicks and we'll go down again in the next couple of weeks.Once the weather gets really good.

Sharif, don't forget to post the pics....or just e-mail them to me.
I agree we all had fun...that's the most important thing...and the fact we all made it home without blown engines or shot clutches.
See you all next time
