      Picked up the Beast........

      Hey fellas,
I finally picked up the beast....The outcome was good...
It turns out Difeo is good dealership.....
My car had only 3 miles on it when I picked it up....(They didnt drive it around) That was a plus....
Next they didnt charge me for the CD Changer $895, they made a mistake....another plus...
SO basically it all tuned out O.K.

I picked her up on Saturday morning. I drove up there with my brother and a friend..signed the 102 papers.j/k....Then for the site////We went to see her waiting for me.....They were giving her a Bubblebath..... I couldnt wait to take her on the road...We waited about an hour so they buff her up etc...Meanwhile I was trying to get a free car cover since I dont have a garage, but they don't budge at Difeo...Oh well finally They were done and I was ready to go.....The throaty burble of the exhaust woke me up, since I was falling asleep waiting for her...
The smell of the exhaust burning and the new soft leather just hit me .....I was about to drive a new car again...."The ultimate Driving Machine"...I was told to baby her for 1200 miles but I needed to step on her a bit, I can;t resist....I took all my books and papers, chucked everything in the trunk including my free Difeo Key chain.lol...Oh well...for the spare.....and I started to take off out of the lot.....Here we go ---Seven freaken months of patients was about to be unleashed.
The clutch and the engine is an incredible combo....Making a right out of the lot is a strait away for a about a block.. F@@@ it...I gunned it..... hit 2nd smoothly, released the clutch and gunned it again.......O.k..I just bought a ROCKETSHIP......WOooooooHooooo..I lost sight of my brother so I waited on the side for about a min.... I did not think that it was this fast...maybe it's because it was my first ride...I was trying to compare it to my brothers 996.....I think its faster but well find out soon enough......I have 300 miles on her now and I'm not gonna spin the tires till I've done the 1200 mile service, I waited too long to mess with this engine....Don't know how fragile it is since its all alumaneom as Tiff Needle says....haha

Anyways, my pics should be in the Photo gallery so check them out,,,I think I'm in one of them....for that (Beast and owner )post I missed by a day....

No PICS as of yet, photos are pending.

make sure you get them on, since we all would like to see your new ride.

Congrats on the new M5. Glad they didn't try to charge you for the CD changer as it is standard and not an option in the m5.
