Escort 8500 and Lidatek do it again

Around two hours ago going East on I-4, 4 miles west from Altamonte in Orlando I was going 90 MPH (being followed by a group of other cars) on the far left lane when approximately 1/8 mile in front of me on the median I spotted what looked like 4 Motocycle Police Officers.

Before I can react (slow down and move to the middle lane) both the Escort 8500 and the Lidatek went off. I immediately moved to the middle lane and slowed down. Within a second of moving to the middle the Escort when silent, the car that was behind me in the left lane kept on going and then notice the troopers, the second car that was behind me moved to the middle after the car in front of him stomp on his brakes. With in 3 seconds of having moved to the middle lane, the Escort 8500 went off again while the Lidatek had stayed on for 4 seconds so far.

When I finally went by the police officers, I noticed three of them packing their laser guns. I really had a good feeling since none of them seem to be looking at me.

Three cars where pulled off- the two cars right behind me (the one that kept on going straight, the one that moved behind me and a third that was on the far lane.

Even though I seem to had been painted twice by either one or two separate laser guns, the fact they where within 5 seconds before the Lidatek went dormant definitely saved me from getting stopped.

This is the 3rd time in 4 months I can confirm and testify to the efficiency of having awesome maneuverability/stability at high speeds, fabulous brakes, great electronic equipment and a clean windshield.

Hey Luis,

Good to hear that Lidateck and 8500 saved you (although I could easily bail you from a ticket) :
