Atomic 80. Your car is all over the place!

Just got my April edition of Roundel and there's Jason's car on page 48. Well, its on a picture of the Marc Cranswick book BMW 5 Series. Congrats! Looks great.

Wow! I'm not sure if this is a good thing having my infamous beast all over the place!

First people are stealing pictures that I took and now this. Am I doomed? :p

I just hope that all this exposure doesn't come back to haunt me one of these days.

)Jason,

Did you see this issue Roundell? They have an article on Marc's book, gave it a big rip on mainly 2 issues:

(1) Too much emphesis on the U.S. market (Marc is British).

(2) Bad-quality photos and inauthantic (is there such a word? ) descripions of cars.

Purportedly blamed it mostly on some low-rez digital photos with lousy lighting that Mark got from 'some Picture Extraordinare', or 'some lighting guru', or 'something like that'.

I posted this on another thread BEFORE I saw this thread, which is a more appropriate place for this post, so I trans-posted (is there such a word? ) it.

Hey, 2 posts for the price of one. Boy I love this board.

Enjoy.

I did see the issue. I think that they were talking about most of the other images. There were some images that weren't clear enough for print being a bit too digitized. Mine were fine I think though.
