Alpina Roadster - NEW Pilot Sports (genII)

Was at the dealer today having service done to the car and they had the new Alpina Roadster in. While admiring the wheels (20" !!!), I noticed that the tires were the *new* Michelin Pilot Sports. The tread design is completely different from the old design, it has more "sections" to it now, as opposed to the old symmetrical design.

Does anyone know when these are supposed to be available in the US? Tire Rack's website does not have any info yet.

Are they run-flats or do you have to depend on the blowme Mobility system? (NICE pic, btw!)
