Hi Guys,
I was at a local "independant" BMW auto shop today. While at the shop the owner showed me a gorgeous W46 M3 car that was having its brake rotors changed over to the OE Euro Discs. These discs are original BMW part and the disc is cross drilled and designed to be a slotted shape, when looking at the holes. The owner of the M3 was having the Euro version cross drilled discs installed on his M3 car. Does the Euro M5 have crossed drilled/slotted discs? Are they available????? Again, Im asking if a OE crossed drilled disc is available for the M5 car.
Thanks guys.
Robert
PS If this is not available for the BMW M5 as an OE part, then my question is why does the M3 have this and not the M5 car ????
I beleive that the Euro spec cars have "floating" rotors.

you can get the rotors from BMP in their catalog. They are not cross drilled or slotted. They have a different hat which helps to dissapate heat more effectively than our our US spec
