No they will not, the offset and bolt pattern is different. There needs to be new brackets and hats made but it can be done.

I have the Porsche 993 TT rotors and calipers on my wife's 540i/6. These are much nicer looking, in my opinion, than the chunky looking monobloc calipers from the 996. The cost was about $6000. This is because it was part of a Mov'it kit that included custom brackets, hats, machined parking brake components, and some bits and pieces from a 750iL. You can see the full installation details here:

REAR

I'm selling my kit for $3,400 to make way for one of the kits that I currently sell. I think I already have a local buyer. If that changes, I'll let you know.

The Brembo 4- wheel kit ($6,090) and the StopTech 4-wheel kit ($4,995) are much easier to install. Also, the Mov'it kit is currently a challenge to acquire since Mov'it is in transition from Porsche components to their own caliper and rotor designs. You might check with Steve D. at Ultimate Garage to see if he has any leftover Mov'it kits still in stock. He's blowing lots of his brake inventory out at firesale prices.
