curbed my rim! I'm so pissed off!

Well, stupid snow banks... was trying to park on the side of a street, which was full of snow, etc... and managed to curb one of my rear rims... just a small curb rash.. maybe half an inch long... but still...

why can't they just clear all the stupid snow instead of just pushing it to the side of the roads!

That sucks major....

City Plowing is busted if you ask me... here they have Even and Odd days... and about 2 weeks ago due to snow fall I had to move my car... so I get up early, go out to my car which was frozen shut... spend 30 minutes finding a parking spot on the Odd side... after that I went to get out of my car, and after I finally forced my driver-side door open it decided to not close... so I had to sit there with my heater on full blast waiting for my door to "thaw" long story short I went to move my car back at night.... and saw that everyone who didnt move got a nice $20 ticket and they didnt even plow the street... now everytime I park, I scrape the underside of my car on the caked snow and ice... good thing I have a beater.

see... its busted I tell you... Go complain to somebody and make they pay for your damage!

Hey Terence:

Sorry to hear abt the curb rash. If it is any consolation to you, I think you are able to fix that. one of my friend with a M3 (chrome shadow rims too) is able to get his fix and it is only $80 (I think).

yeah.. I know I can get it fixed.. but it's still annoying.... besides, I don't think I have that much time to get it done before I leave... so probably will have to wait till the summer...

That is annoying. I've now got a scrape on 3 rims, but hey, the car isn't a "Garage Queen", so it's hard to avoid. One more and I might rationalize HRE's
