Buried in NY!

This winter's taking a toll guys. 12-18 inches of the white stuff and counting as of monday morning. Looks like it won't stop snowing intil tuesday morning. This winter's been bad, haven't been able to enjoy the Beast much. Hope it lets up soon. Jealous of all you guys in warmer climates.

What’s wrong with snow? I actually enjoy snowy winters.

just woke up and found that there is a snow drift on my car, so i'm buried at least 4 ft...I wont be going anywhere for a day or two. I do enjoy snowy winters, just not the shoveling so i can leave my driveway.

I grew up in a tropical climate. I don't really hate snow; I believe it makes the landscape beautiful, however shovelling and getting out anywhere is an annoyance. Besides, the Beast is grounded.

if you put a pair of galoshes on the beast, youd find out that he loves the snow!

Sam, for shoveling you should look at getting either an electric snow shovel or a gasoline powered with electric starter snowblower. Dont do it by hand unless you do a lot of physical labor normally- the cold weather + stress on you can cause problems.

not doing anything much physical lately; what with the recovering broken ankle. Besides either my brother does the shovelling or I pay someone to do it. With the amount of snow we have right now, don't think anything will let the beast be mobile. My '98 camry was the trooper today. No amount of snow came in its way on my way in to work today. Now I know why it's the #1 selling car is the US.

I wish it would snow a little here - snowboarding on ice and dirt isn't all that fun. We're hanging out with an average temperature of 7-10 degrees C (about 50F) for the past two weeks, and only in the last 2-3 days have we seen any precipitation.
