Dinan Stage 1/2 Suspension

Has anyone purchased Dinan suspension parts individually?

I was considering installing the rear swaybar and camber plates by themselves. I don't want the car to ride any stiffer than stock, but would like to eliminate the understeer.

Would this combo work? Thanks.

Alex

My car runs MUCH better than stock! i couldn't beleive that the ride would be alot softer espacially through the putholes. I used to look out for them to try to avoid them, but i know i look for them to ride through them!!!!
Hey if you want to reduce the understeer, get the stage III. Isn't that the cambers job?
By the way, i hear everyone bragging about tire wear and etc. But my front tires are fine, i checked them 2 days ago. The tires are negative slightly but not to the point where you would worry, but its ability to drive and cut turns is unbeleivable

Plus, i drove my car all the way to Indiana 950 miles and back with the cambers on and it is still fine !!! I installed the suspension last summer and i have driven 7000 miles on them including the long trip

Alex,

I have Dinan Stage II on my machine. Although the ride is a little stiffer, I don't think it is that much to make you want to piece meal the install. I consider the suspension to be one of those things that needs to be "tuned" to the car. I am afraid that if you try to install just some parts without the benefit of others you will suffer from an overall imbalance in the handling of the car.

I would suggest you try to get a ride/drive in someone's car that has the Stage I/II/III suspension on it before you make your final decision.

By the way, Stage II really makes the car handle exceptionally well!!! It definitely improves the understeer problem!

Good luck!
