Interesting, this is a z3 (I think), that had the steptronic shift things on the steering wheel, somewhat like the SMG. Here is the pic...

Only problem is that this car is still an automatic car... not a real SMG since those use a real clutch but electronically controlled. The one shown here is just moving the +/- tiptronic shifting to the steering wheel.

True tfung, I mistitled the subject, when I said SMG, I meant having the steering wheel buttons, which somehow is supposed to relate to the SMG.....alright this post is going nowhere

..Just thought that it was interesting.....I wonder how much this guy actually shelled out to have this done
