Attention, Blue Max!

Just wanted to let you know that LeMans Blue or Avus are my favorite M5 colors, and I love your pictures the best. I had only one picture of car(see below), and I was checking out the thread titled, "Chicago Auto Show--LeMans Blue," and I saw more of your pictures. I immediately added them to my collection which makes it 100 M5 photos. I love that dark circle around the car. Reminds me of the training circle in the movie "Mask of Zorro." If you have more pictures, I would appreciate it if you posted the website of your photopoint album. Thanks.

Peter

P.S. Here's the pic. I've had all these months which sends a chill up my spine! It's my favorite real-world picture, period. It's the last picture you posted--the 3/4 view from the rear. And let's not even talk about the Paris show picture--drop-dead gorgeous! http://www.bmwm5.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/002890.html

Just one question, Blue Max:
When your car is under bright artificial light, does your car's color actually look like the Paris show picture?

Thanks, I'm glad you like them.

Actually the effect in direct sunlight is different. That Paris show effect reflects the bright auto show lights, I'm not sure if they're fluorescent or some other type.

It even had some of us confused. We were'nt sure it was really Le Mans.

Do you have any additional pictures of your car that I could take a look at?

This is the most recent. In a few weeks I'll have pics of every color in the M5 pallete and then some. Stay tuned.
