I have sent the PO to Chuck for forwarding to everyone.

It's an Excel file so that you can complete it and email it back. The form is pretty straight forward. My email address is on the PO or you can send back to Chuck. I will print them all off and they will all be produced at once.

Again, we are going with one universal size - 60mm x 80mm x 120mm and the cost is $100 + $13 S/H + sales tax if you are in Texas.

You can add 30 characters of personalized text to your crystal - this is why I am asking you to fill the form out in Excel - that we we can just cut and paste the text.

I can't think of anything else.

Thanks again for your patience,

Philip

Chuck, Important question for you...........

I just got the E-Mail but its all screwed up. I tried toopen it up with WinWord. This did not work. its all messed up. I don't have any other software programs, like Excel wordsheet. Can you resend it to me again but tell me what I can do to open it correctly. What if I don't have what you tell me to open it?
Please advise.
Thank you.
Robert

You'll need Microsoft Excel to open the file. If you don't have that, email me. I'll send you the html format of the file. You'll have to print it out and use the fax method.

Chuck & Philip - thanks for putting this deal together. I will send you my order form as soon as I can figure out what customized text I want to put on my block.

All - what kind of customized text is everyone putting on their block?

Good question. Tentatively thinking of putting 1998 - 2003 S62 E39 M5 and maybe perhaps my screenname on another line.

Nice one guys!!!

Please let us know when you can about shipping costs to the UK. If it's easier, maybe we should batch together some of the European deliveries?

Depends on cost I guess, but assuming it's much cheaper to send the blocks together, who else is around London / South East?

Adam, whereabouts do you live? Good excuse for a meet?

ciao

Ian

For those of you who has problem seeing the PO form in email, you can also download it from my server:

http://www.hsintek.com/M5_forms/M5_PO.html
http://www.hsintek.com/M5_forms/M5_PO.xls

You'll have to fax it to Philip if you download the html form.

I agree with Richard on this, and hope it is not too late to chime in on suggestions on the design. While the sample cut looks very good, I would like to see enough details for the cut to resemble an M5 as well as it is just a 5 series outline now. Could we possibly include the M5 internals such as that shown in this pic?
