Yes there are other French members around (me for ex, although I live in Sweden!), great to have you on board. Tell us more about your car, is it stock, how many kmsī, did you buy it in Germany (since you live close to the boarder) ?

M5's are not very common in France I noticed !

Marco Welcome

You must host a picture and link for us of your M5,

sorry not French spoken here but willing to learn,

again welcome.

Tell us about your city, and where it is located.

I'd be very interested in seeing pictures of your beast. I wasn't aware that you could get Avus blue in '01 without going through the BMW individual program. Are you sure that you didn't confuse your color with Lemans blue instead?

BTW, "y a t il des membres parlant francais" roughly translates to "there are French members speaking."

I had never seen one with M badges that big on the side

What's the sticker on the left side of the trunk ? Looks a bit like ACS ?

Anyway if you want to improve your car a little you have come to the right place
Thanks for the pics and congrats again

Welcome aboard. I live near Trier, Germany with a 2001 M5. E-mail me (leesley@bunt.com) if you ever get up this direction.

All the best for 2003
