Someone stole my fog lights @!#$%@#

I wanted to share my saga in the hopes it may help.
I left my business tonight around 8 p.m. I had parked my car in my usual space right in front of our building. It is well illuminated and is on a very busy street with lots of activity. As I started my car I was alerted by a message to check my fog lights. I turned on my fog lights but nothing happened. I exited my car for a physically inspections and was presented with a terrible sight. Some miserable bastard had torn my fog lights and proximity sensors off the front of my car! If you could see where my car was parked this was a planned and well executed theft. There’s probably a Civic that will have some really cool new fog lights. It’s hard to tell how bad the damage as my car is very dirty, it’s been snowing. I’m planning on a substantial cost and inconvenience to get this fixed.
Hopefully a couple of glasses of Caymus will dull the pain.
I’ll post the estimated cost and timeframe next week.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear about that. I can't believe people do this type of thing. Don't stress too much as it is only money. You can get the parts real quick from your dealer.

ouch! sorry to hear what happened!

the foglights are not too expensive.. I think they're roughly about $150 each... the side mouldings and the PDC sensors I'm not too sure... but I'm curious why anyone would want to steal those....

Oh, man, that really sucks! I'd have smoke coming out of my ears!

I suspect an M5 poseur needed to finish his project and you had all the right parts

ouch!!

It sure does look like the person knew what they were doing. Looks like they were looking for parts for a 5 series.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes... I hope the cost for the parts isn't too bad.
