Whats the difference between stock "wheels" and upgraded ones mentioned?

Does the guy mean rims or wheels?

I saw another one on ebay the other day that said "upgraded to 450 horsepower".

I called about it to find out what had been done to it and the guy said " yeah, this one has the Dina chip and air intake. It also has the exhaust work"

Then he says, without skipping a beat " actually that was a mistake in the ad..... It actually has about 575 horsepower."

Trying to decide whether or not to completely lay into this guy I said " thank you, have a nice day"

My M5 is on ebay, but atleast Im honest...I wrote I had twin koenig turbos and 750 horsepower.hahah and those upgraded wheels are not even chrome shadow, they must have been all hacked up and the guy had them refinished
