Please help! Reputable body shop in NY or vicinity? My Beast wounded!

Dear friends!

I am looking for a reputable body shop in Westchester, but anywhere around NY, NJ or CT is fine. It looks like I need a new bonnet, headlights and maybe a bumper. Rearended Jeep Cherokee this afternoon while braking hard did a nosedive and his bumper was right in the middle of the kidney grill at about 10MPH.

Best regards, Gene.

If in Westchester go to Star Auto in Mamaroneck on Fenimore Rd. Ask for Quinny.....he is a real gearhead AND not only does he do great bodywork but they also get the mechanicals done right....THE FIRST TIME!!
He unfortunately has fixed many a car for me (My wife actually)....if you go tell him the guy from Emilio's Restaurant sent you Good Luck!!

Post Hot tip!

Gene this is your day.

Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go directly to:

Several members of the Long Island posse including myself have used them for large & small jobs. Their work is outstanding!

Example: BMW of Manhattan (NA owned dealership) has a so-called body repair facility, they also send their cars here.

If you are willing to come to Great Neck, there is Norman Auto Collision. He is by far the best I have ever seen and bear in mind the Great Neck community. 90% of the cars he works on are either Porsche, BMW, Benz of Ferrari.

Gene if your insurance is going to cover this...
I would highly Recommend you go to Small cars as Blue Max suggested they do absolutely great work as it seems.
However they are also highly priced!

I think many of the other ones seems great, especially one by mamaroneck, because it's closer to you.

If you're the one covering for this damage i would highly suggest going to "Phil's Auto body" It's located in Long Island, and he does a lot of new cars and is familiar with BMW's.

Matter of fact he is a BMW enthusiast and definitely takes care of his customers.

Let me know..you have my number.

Thank you all! Left it at Small Car, Inc. The place looks great. Hopefully they'll do a good job.

Don't worry. Al, Dominick, etc. have done minor work all the way up to $20,000+ thousand dollar repairs on M5's before. They will make it perfect for you.
