Brake/suspension jerk

So here's what started happening today.
- The car jerks slightly forward when I hit the brakes and after it comes to a stop. It is as if the tires are planted but the body jerks forward.
- When I shift gears and give it gas, I can feel a similar jerk. This is noticeable in the lower gears.
- The car didn't feel "stable" while cornering. It felt the back end was not planted to the road.

Could all this be related to this worn strut mount? I don't hear any chirping noises while driving the car, though. Could it be the front mounts or bushings?

I'm 90% sure it's the rear strut mount(s) but need to know what you guys think.

If anyone's interested, I just got the car inspected by the dealership and they told me the front driver side lower control arm needs to be changed as well as the upper control arm bushings.

These are the parts:
31120006482 - Upper control arm bushings
31106769443 x3 - Hex nut
33306760349 x2 - collar nut
31121141961 - Left lower control arm

They quoted $1,200 for the parts and labor. So I won't be going there ever again.

If anyone has any recommendations for a good indy in the West LA area, please let me know!
