Whats up with your website? Can't get on and I've been trying to get another look at your calipers before I paint mine.

        Yeah I know

We had to make a forcable ISP change and Network solutions is taking forever to make the DNS change. Note to self: Don't Use Network Solutions for web sites anymore.

I would email them to you but I don't have them at home. They are telling me it will be back up Monday Tuesdayish. I will send you a picture from the office Monday if I have them there.

I tell you what....They look nice!

Thanks Tim. How long did you have to let them dry before use? What did you use to mask overspray?

Well since the world is heald together with Duct Tape I used that and newspaper. I used plenty of tape and paper.

That step is just common sence. What I have learned from doing 5 cars like this is that the cleaner the brakes are the better the paint application. After cleaning with the wire wheel I use to use a de-greaser but the paint did not adheare to it very well. I have since used liberal amounts of brake clean. It is real caustic stuff so keep it away from painted surfaces.

I then used a couple coats of plain gray primer. THen I used the High Temp Paint form Checkers and applied about 5 coats of that. The dry time depends on your environment. Here is Denver the paint drys REAL quick. The whole car took me about 5 hours. Which actually is not bad.

        Hope that helps

        Tim
