Dinan exhaust with resonance

Just got my Dinan exhaust installed today. Great sound (by the way the video on this board which compares the stock - Supersprint - Dinan exhaust does not accurately reflect the Dinan exhaust) however, as I start off I get a lot of cabin resonance. Is this normal? Will it lessen or increase? Thanks

By the way it was done at Long Beach BMW (Los Angeles, CA) and the service was great!

resonance and loudness should increase as the exhaust breaks in over time....

Actually I disagree with tfung's sentiment. I've had the Dinan exhaust for some time now and I can tell you with certainity that the resonance within the cabin actually lessens over time. As for the loudness outside the car, it pretty much stays the same but becomes a bit more crisp.

As I just about to finish a Sound and Vibration course I just can't understand how Dinan could manufactura such a lousy exhaust system that gives so much resonance.

Maybe I can redesign it for them

After I added just the dinan exhaust...the resonance was not that bad. I had it on for 3 weeks before I added the x-pipe. The car did in fact loose some resonance over time but the tone of the exhaust overall has become a LOT deeper (with the SS resonator that is).
