Claus,

Looks like a great driving road out there........Down here in Fla, everything is a drag strip, the only time you turn the steering wheel is when the cop pulls you over......

Very nice pics.

I think the Z8 should have wheels that looks like this as standard. They look absolutely stunning on the Z8 and makes the car much more aggresive and beautiful.

These pictures are spectacular! The backdrop works very well with the Z8 too!

One thing that I've been meaning to ask is about the taillights in the rear. In these pictures I can see that you have amber + red lights but yet Lupo's Z8 has only red. Guillaume tells me that the amber + red is for those eurospec Z8's while the all red type is for US spec. Does this mean you brought yours over from Europe, claus?

Claus,

That's some road and car you have there. I'm green with envy. Gotta check out those Colorado drives one of these days.

Thanks for sharing.

Jason,
That is correct. I brought my Z8 over from Europe. I had mine registered over here in April 2001. I believe the first one available, at least in CO was in June. Not sure if I want to do it again. My dealer in Europe told me I had a world wide warranty and I should just take the car with me...also it wasn't available in the States yet..plus there was a waiting list and a marked up sticker. Little did I know that BMWUSA is basically a different company and has little to do with BMW Germany. Anyway, I am happy with the car, just don't get all the little problems fixed for free.....and no invites to the DE

I think the lights look better with the yellow. Not so sure why BMW has different ones for Europe and the US. By now there are many Euro and Japanese cars with yellow turn signals???
