Any new phones?

I am sick of the Star Tac. One can't send messages, only receive. Which is bull**t in this day and age. I mostly use a Motorola Timeport P280 GSM phone and forward calls. Why can't we install GSM phones? I know the 800/1900 business, but that should not be a problem, is it? I don't mean to whine but jeesh. A $600 obsolete phone in a $75,000 car?

Any Ideas? Anything else available?

The Kyocera 7135 would be nice. Or the HandSpring Treo 300.

Nokia phones are the awesome

http://www.attws.com/mobileinternet/..._charter.jhtml; GSM rollout. You might want to wait a few months until coverage reaches you.

You guys are all behind the times (with exception to Tfung).

The current model phone that rocks the world is the SonyEricsson T68i (I have a T68m with the i update...no cheesy plastic colors for me).

But hte REAL deal sweet solid phone to buy, which will knock everything else flat on it's face (running symbian, for those who know/care) is the SonyEricsson P800:

www.sonyericsson.com/p800/

That thing is AWESOME. As soon as it's available, I'm ordering mine. Thank you GSM providers!
