did anyone change the 2000 lights for 2001?
if so what is the exact process I orderd the lights but wonder what other hardware there may be

sorry, i don't have the answers but i am interested in the 2001 lights upgrade. can you tell me where you purcahsed them and what they cost--front and rear.

BMW of Manhatan @800.00 front light
@250.00 rear

MFREAK,

go to www.bekkers.com and then call them using the 800 number. tell them you want the Euro 2001 E39 lights front and rear. the fronts were around $995.00 (for the pair) and the rears were $295.00 again for the pair.

i just did mine and it looks great.. see my latest post with pics...

thanks for the info. now, all i have to do is get out of the 1/2 inch of snow on my very slightly inclined driveway. i tried to sneak out of my garage this morning and failed.
