no big deal but given all the negative rhetoric about bmw dealers wanted to point out that there are some with good attitudes even in the bay area. i continue to be impressed with Concord bmw's service department after going there for four years now.
a minor thing, but for example i had to have a turn signal bulb replaced. a buddy of mine with a 530 has had his replaced three times already, and when i mentioned this to my s.a. he informed me that there are sometimes issues with the socket for these bulbs and so they (Concord) always replace the socket as well as the bulb and rarely have recurring problems. my buddy's dealer obviously didn't know about this and he's going to mention it to them.
plus my s.a. rides a mountain bike!!
There are good dealers for service, even in SF Bay area..
