Long story short in september i contacted Levent leader of the bmwtuningparts.com i ordered e39 m5 strassentech front lip painted shipped for 544usd i paid the money and asked him to ship to my friends shop in latvia after some weeks i get an email from him that the lip was delivered back to hes home cause latvian post office dont accept items that large (pretty strange) so we find an solution he will ship it to my home in norway ok
he shipped the item 6th november and told me he will send me the tracking number tommorow 7th november since then i dont get any contact from him neither arrives my lip . and he dont answer my calls ,so yesterday i send them a mail from my wifes email was asking about the products and immediately they answer qoute the mail:

one day somebody answered on turkish language so i used google translate to communicate but no use he dont answer to me anymore he wrote only i dont speak english.
i was a bit consured before i bought it the site was underconstruction but i really wanted strassentech front lip cause nobody else does the replica
they send me nice product pictures sounded to good to be true.

Fund paypal ONLY with a credit card. Never leave any funds in the paypal account- move them to the bank account, AND move it out of that bank account into an account paypal cannot access.
I fund everything with my AMEX. I run about 120-150k a year though that AMEX account, and as a result they will chargeback anything I ask, no questions...and will fight for me when there is an issue. If I use paypal, funded with the amex, and there is an issue, i simply call amex and reverse it. Screw paypal, if you wait for them to 'investigate' you lose the ability to chargeback, and paypal rarely comes through. Paypal threatens me with closing my account, buy I keep $0 with them, and $5 in the savings account linked to paypal. If money comes into paypal I move it to the account, then out of that account into a checking account. Paypal is not your friend.

Hey guys, you know what? get your bmw items from the chinese people, ok? the real thing is, the chinese are fake. today a company tomorrow nomans land. never using epoxy resins, never usinf high quality materials. only cheap materials. if someone have experince ebough about my business, he should be write a comment. fiberwerkz, vorsteiner or other brands, all items are a bad quality. i get a real vorsteiner e46 m3 carbon fiber hood and a csl style difuser. the hood have so many failures. to much gelcoat, not 100% pure carbon fiber. also the diffuser. its like paper. the dickness is unbelievible.
now who is brave enough and can write a comment about vorsteiner? if one of you want a short video, i can made one and you can see a little compare about normal fiberglass (liwitch is using by dtmfiberwerkz or etc.) and my material.
i will send a email to the admin of this forum website and will explain the situation. also to other bmw forum websites.

because it was shipped with a receipt and not with a tracking number. with the receipt number you cant follow the item online. what is this for a question? please read mt comment again. take contact with my other customers. when i have a tracking number it will be send to my customer. you write something it sounds like that i am from the moon and dont know how it works with shipping.
