A couple pics of my beast "Lola" in wine country....

Took the wife up to Central California to attend my sister's wedding. Amongst the many beautiful roads that necessitated me throwing on Sport Mode, I decided to pull over and use my friend Troy's Nikon D700. I've shot many a wedding with my 1DIII, 5DII, etc etc... admittedly, I love the Nikon build quality as It far exceeds Canon's.... I still prefer Canon's lenses though. Anyway, here's a few pics from a random spot outside of Solvang, CA.

Thanks for lookin!

Beautiful pix. The E39 is pure classic, blends in perfectly with the concrete jungle as well as natural backdrop.

Nice pics.
Only complaint? Fog lights are on. It's not foggy!
You have white halos and yellow crappy annoying fog lights.
What really is the purpose of those things anyway?
I've yet to switch them on as I HATE HATE HATE the look of it.

Otherwise - car is very clean.
