Long Overdue -- E39M5 HK

I should have introduced myself a long time ago, sorry guys, but here it is! I have been lurking around this board since 2006, and since at a young age the e39 M5 has always been my dream car. I bought the beast in 2007 and over the years I have did quite a few repairs and also quite a few mods. Over the years I have added a few goodies such as, PSS9s, SS cats+xpipe, BBS RS-GTs, a pair of Recaro ASM seats, etc etc. Below are some pictures.. enjoy =)

Nice car! Where in HK do you live?

I lived there for 8 years and go back about once a year - don't see many e39 M5's over there.

Stupid to buy an AMG and not drive it, it's like paying a hooker for a hug.

I live in Kowloon. I believe you know that HK is really small, and there are not much places to drive. There are some nice highways and mountain roads, but the popos are quite strict these days.

Lately I have seen a couple of e39Ms around, some in pristine condition. At the same time, I have met a few other board members in hk too. I made a thread listed on the "sightings" page, but I didn't get back any answer.. =-(

Nice car and back drop! I haven't been back there with family for many years now. Are there any tracks or places to have fun with your M5? From what I remember, the traffic and high gas prices would never allow me to enjoy a M5.

My uncle there is a car guy too, but he only likes to keep his car shiny and have the latest trendy model which is a far-cry from what we're doing keeping our aging beasts on the road.
