Thoughts for aluminium lug nuts for stud conversion

Thinking of doing a stud conversion and I notice that there are some aluminium nuts available. I'm thinking of the D1spec type things on ebay.

Dad used to have aluminium nuts on his 944t so I suppose they're ok. also, they're clamping an aluminium wheel, so this might actually be beneficial.?.

Does anyone use them? Are your experiences ok?

Just after your thoughts/advice etc about using them.

Thanks.
