Suspension / squeaky noise

last week i finished installing all new bilstein pss9 & suspension components:
f - lft + rght traction strut
f - lft + rght wishbone
f - sway bar links + bushes
f - lft + rght tie rod ends
f - guide supports
r - lft + rght wishbone
r - lft + rght guidelinks
r - sway bar links + bushes
r - balljoints + integral links
r - guide supports

recently i've developed 2 types of straining-squeaking noises

1. the first noise so far happened only when the car was driven enough to warm up the suspension 60+ miles
>noticed initial low volume squeaks last night when driving <10mph over uneven road surfaces
>then when turning into+out of my driveway the strain-squeaking noise was loud enough to be audible by anyone standing next to the car
>the noise is localized to the RIGHT FRONT suspension
>associated with the right-front when i raise+lower this corner of the car there is a metallic ting noise as the weight comes on and off the tire

2. the second noise happens when cold
stopping abruptly from <5mph seems like all 4 corners have a pronounced compression/strain noise
>this might also be just the right front, but i can't tell from inside the car i'll have to get someone to listen from the outside

my thoughts at first was lose fasteners, but i checked the ones in the front and they're tight

any additional suggestions? these are things people have tried when they mentioned noisy suspension (including bilstein pss & pss9):
1. tighten strut nut
2. wd40
3. brake-pad/caliper
4. control arms

my notes/thoughts:
>possibly front brakes pads, i didn't apply anti-squeal in the front [but noise doesn't seem to match]
>wheel bearings, during installation i degreased the the hubs, the RF definitely had water go in the hole for the abs sensor [but noise doesn't seem to match]
>could over-tightening the wishbones & traction struts at the hub cause this? [80Nm & 110Nm respectively, i likely have them both closer to 120Nm]
>do the coils need additional greasing? i didn't touch them as per bilstein - everything in right side up and nothing was wiped-down or off

edit:
i didn't install 5MM spacers as per bilstein, but there are no signs of contact on either the tire, rim, fenderliner or suspension

as per ush i'd like to thank myself for my diligence and cunning... and for making only simple mistakes even though they all seem catastrophic at first

it was a 2 min fix - took longer to jack up the car and take the tire off

bolt no.11 was loose

problems this should fix:

my thoughts at first was lose fasteners, but i checked -most of- the ones in the front and they're tight <-

< - got 5MM spacers out of this whole thing
