Help with mirror issue!

My left mirror has lots of ugly spots that look like oil, ive already searched and i guess its the diming liquid, i cant stand that anymore. I went to the famous ebay site and found somehuy from uk that sells only the glass in a variety of colors and angles, i know you guys know about this. Now my questions:
1- are these recommended eventhough they dont support diming? I honestly dont care about diming. They neither have the black rubberish sorrunds so it might look ugly? how easy can these be mounted? Aka how to remove the old glass and stick new one?

2- there is these oter companies that sell the whole mirrors for 250-280 for both sides.. Are these any good? Or just ebay crap?

Please advice me into the best choice as i dont want to end up paying lots of money..

Schtozo, your talking about the external side mirror glass. Right? Not the rear vision mirror.

I purchased a non official mirror glass off ebay recently, as you say it does not include the mirror surround. The old mirror glass can be removed from the old backing plate, and the rubber surround can also be peeled off. I stuck the new mirror onto the original mirror backing plate and then stuck the black surround around the mirror. It looks perfect!

I just bought these last week and installed them and they fit and look great!!! They come with the backing plate already on them. I had trouble finding them but I found them on the ebay uk site and bought them and got delivered in due time...

Does the auto dim feature work with those? Sure looks like it should.

I really haven't paid attention. My stock ones were sooooo bad that I'm just glad I can see out now.
