Measuring clutch wear on UUC setup?

Does anyone have any experience with this? I have the exhaust out and pulling the driveshaft. I figure I can measure the clutch wear the way the TIS states, I just don't have any values for new and worn.

I am trying to avoid removing the transmission. I have around 40k miles on the stage 3 setup and if I still have life left I won't change it.
