Skip Barber Racing School?

I received a gift certificate to Skipo Barber schools. Has anyone done their racing schools? Any suggestions to which program I should do?

I went with last year at Laguna Seca for the two day program, Highly recommended. I learned a lot and it was great fun. They were real professionals. We drove Vipers some of the time and others, pickups and Neons.

It's a great school - any program. They are professional, top notch, and non-competitve.

My instructor won the Monte Carlo Grand Prix, the 24 hours of Daytona, the Nurburgring 1000, and would have probably won the Le Mans but stopped and pulled a fellow driver out of his burning Ferrari! The stories and expierience alone were well worth the price of this school. Fun, fun, fun!

You referring to a Skip Barber 2 day Driving school, which I also attended (in Lime Rock).

3 day racing school - is on actual track - driving Skip Barber Formula racing cars - that on is on my whish list.

If diving Neons and RAMs under Skip Barber school instructors supervision is enormous fun, then 3 day of racing school - is a real excitement.

I can absolutely recommend the 3 day racing school. I did it last year at Laguna Seca, and it was a blast. The instructors are excellent. Driving an open wheel racing car is even more exciting than driving an M5. Their cars don't have much power, but they don't have much weight, either :-) Top speed on the track was almost exactly the same as with the M5. But it felt much faster.
