VP/Dir Consumer Relations US
MS-

Been following your saga. Good luck, buddy! Please keep us informed. I have the answer to one of your requests:

VP of Customer Relations is Fran McCafferey.
You can send correspondence to her at:
BMW of North America, LLC
P.O. Box 1227
Westwood, NJ 07675-1227

Altho' if it were me, I'd send it care of Fran via an overnight express at the street address that Kevin listed above for Tom Salkowsky. It's got a better chance of making it across her desk if you go that route.

Good luck!

Dang, this is still not a done deal? I thought they agreed to give you a new car in August. Did that fall through or something? This was sounding like a happy ending to a difficult and frustrating problem! What happened?
