Re: RTI Or RMS ???

CTR2 is 993 Turbo based so it's out of production. It's faster than the SL55. The Ruf 996 Turbo R is also faster I assume.

RTI is not RMS...Im not sure what it is.. maybe it takes orders or something..

RMS's website is www.racemarque.com

Whats this with the CTR2 or SL55 ? I thought u still dont drive or do u and am going straight into a super fast car ?

No you cant take the top off cuz then you wont be able to filter the air going in.. so you will probably pick up dirt too.. If that was the case, then you can just remove the air filters instead of installing racing ones right ?

Plus i have a cold air intake mounted onto the front bumber so im actually better off this then with the top off

Black M5,

Thanks i'll check out the site. plus tell me how is the Diablo .

No i'm not allowed to drive yet but my uncle is working on having my mom agree. but between you and me i do drive arounf without my driver some times.

Gustav,

We have a CTR2 here in Dubai it's not the new shape but i think it's called a 993 and the guy is a friend of mine and i had a ride in it and let me just tell you that the G force in that car is you know i had tear drops coming out of my eye we hit 300 so fast that it felt like a heart beat.

with no offence Black M5 but and big respect to the diablo i think that it will beat a lambo anyday.

last couple of weeks he told me that he wanted the 575m ferrari and i laughed in his face but after i raced him he was the one laughing

NOW I WANT ONE!!!

I'll take you up on your offer about checking your car out. RMS is like 20-30 mins drive from where i live so it's no problem. Pls give us feedback on how much HP it'll be putting on the crank and on the ground once it gets dynoed.

thanks!

JamE55,

Its going on the dyno today.. for tunning purposes though.... we can get all the goody numbers after they are done with tunning it.
Jeff told me that BMW has made life difficult for tuners like them to make horsepower boosting converstions that they have added 300 useless maps in the ECU He was saying that it takes them 2~3 hours to find a specific map.. So the added useless maps are just there to waste their time.. cuz according to him they do nothing!!!

But they are moving fast cuz i need to ship the car out of there ASAP since im running out of lies to my dad about the car !!! First lie was they needed 2 weeks to clear it from customs especially after 11/9!!! second lie was that it would take 6~8 weeks instead of 5~6 weeks... I think the last possible lie it is that it was shipped to the Bahamas instead of Bahrain... both have the BAH code !!!!

So he says they are doing their best to get it out of there by next week and im afraid there is no time for the magazine test unless they fly half a planet away according to Osh

Klint,
Ahhhh now i know why you want to come! for the touch and feel part that M5er is looking forward to huh ? LOL
http://www.lemeridien-bahrain.com/

Your most welcomed by the way.. WOoo WEeee its sound like its going to be a World M Meet in Bahrain
