I think the ///M division must move in the direction they are to stay viable. The whole point of any company is to provide goods/services that customers want and will purchase. The way I see it, they perfected squeezing a bunch of RELIABLE HP from n/a engines. Now, I can't wait to see them maximize HP reliably from a turbo or supercharged engine.

Well I was offended by Mighty5's post as I'm sure many others were. For what it's worth I think Tiauguinho's post was on the money even if the language was a little strong.

You are correct, they are harsh words for which I apologize.

If I would do it know I would just say "shut up please", but the harsh words of that moment were the result of a day of reading political/cultural/geographical trolling and aggression online in many other discussion sites. Why do people come out of the bushes just to push down the destructive button, for the craziest reasons out of their provocative behaviour?

I'm sorry MIGHTY5 for what were harsh words. However, I still think you only came out to troll and provoke, disrespecting many inconsiderably, especially those Americans you say that came to die here. They came to die here for a reason, remember yourself of that before you hate your brothers.

I'm staggered that they included the X5/6 M in that collection, even if they were less than complimentary about them. Especially as they didn't include the E28M5, arguably (in truth) the one that started it all as the ultimate Q car...

2000 E39 M5 in Silverstone - Died at 218,000 miles (accident )
2001 E39 M5 in LMB - current DD. Stoptech BBK, braided lines, Intravee and Alpine DAB
2015 F10 M5 in Imperial Blue on the way..

2011 GSX-R 750 for shits and giggles.
2007 Full factory SBK CBR-1000RR for...going really feckin' fast

dang im glad i peeped out this thread again. trolling wasnt my intention lighten up guys, i meant no offense to all you english regarding the speaking german comment both sides sacraficed time and time again. and for all you europeans saying we got there late what about all the us fighters/bombers that went down over the channel? and then to say i dont appreciate the sacrafices that were made you guys took it way too far. ive watched bbc top many times and yes jeremy is a smart guy alot of knowledge in that big head of his but jeremy doesnt seem to appreciate anything american. this thread started as top gear bbc celebrates...so i poked a jab at jeremy big deal hes done the same many times and on public tv, so chill out guys your all being aholes over this. oh and i still watch bbc top because i like it more than the american version which i think sucks. please lets move on and again sorry that i upset some of you.

you know whats funny is that i went to bimmerfest in pasadena ca this past weekend i did not see one X5/6 in the 300 plus cars that were in attendance...coincidence i think not it seems to me like those X5/6 are like the ugly ducklings of the m world hahahaha sorry if someone ownes one on here no offense(im sensative now)
