Post Need programming help from voice recognition experts

How do you - precisely - program the phone book? I was able to follow promps and input name and number, but it didn't get into the phone book because when I tried to recall name with "dial name" command, it said "phonebook empty". Thanks.

As I recall I first say "ADD NAME" it prompts us to speak the name a few times, then automaticaly asks us to speak the number. After the last numbers are in and it comes back with "continue", say, "SAVE NAME". Sometimes I don't say "save name" right and it puts in additional numbers to which I then say "CLEAR" and say the number again. If I don't pause I can get in all eleven digits at once and then say save name, or "dial" if I'm in the dial number mode.

I hope this is of some help.
