I'd be up for this

Just depends on the date though.

I used to go to the Pod a lot when i was much younger !!! Remember taking my old 2.8i Capri down the strip LOL !!!!!!!!!!! Back in the late eighties !!
Still got some really old slips about, managed a 13.9 in my old E36 M3 3.0 bog standard car trap at 101mph. My best time was in an old 3dr Cossie , 13.4 at 109mph about 10yrs ago ! I think my M5 would be around the same time maybe a bit slower ?

Will only do drifting if i buy another set of rears as i don't want to ruin my tyres !

Cheers
Simon.

About time you got that garage queen out!

Again you may borrow a set, I have 2 full staggered sets of wheels, and 4 seperate fronts. Gonna have my road tyres on a staggered set to go there an back on, the other rears with my R888's on, so I'll have 3 sets of fronts, each with shitty tyres on. Stick them on the back and slide away my man!!

This might sound stupid but i haven't been able to remove my rear wheels since they were refurbed , spent half an hour kicking the crap out of the wheel from under the car when it was on stands the other day, gave up in the end. I removed a front one the other month but took about an hour, even driving up and down the drive with the wheel nuts loose. Their so tight on there since they were painted, i need to get them off and sand down the centre of the alloy to remove some of the paint. The only way they are coming off is on a 4 poster ramp, sledge hammer and block of wood !

Will take you up on the offer of using the wheels, cheers !
