This. However, it depends on the quality of the mods IMO.

Edit: the only mods on that car (above) that I'd consider an improvement are the HID fogs, suspension, and the DINAN engine bits. The interior looks unfinished and tacky and the wheels are knockoffs.

To be realistic, if that was in California, 18k due to mods. If to an enthusiast that will appreciate the mods maybe 19, there are some clean stock 00-02 M5s here for 16k. Our cars are depreciating fast .

I hate to be that guy but... if you're interested in a trade + cash of exhaust/headers to accomodate a lower asking price for your entire car, I would make a significant offer. PM if at all interested, and otherwise GLWS the car looks great.

I would rather buy a stock M5 than yours but im sure others would disagree. I'm not trying to be a dick, just trying to be honest. If I were you I would supercharge it and add a BBK to it instead of purchasing an M6. As others have already stated, E39 M5 prices are dropping fast..

M5 looks immaculate. Any reasons why you are looking to swap to the M6?

I was at the local dealer looking at the current M3 Sedan and M6 last week and wasn't tempted to change. M6 was nice, but my rear doors are useful when I have my kids.

Having said that, I am off to West Coast on Saturday to see the unveiling of the latest 3-Series.

To be honest I think the M5 looks a far better car than the 6! I would rather keep the 5 although I don't like the interior which sort of spoils it

$18k is a fair asking price. Mods look tacky and very few buyers will appreciate all of them. Sorry if I offend but you asked.
