Sounds like it is time to make the switch to Evolve and get the Alpha-N MAF-less tune. They are much better at servicing their customers after the sale as well, I hear. Good luck. Sorry for your troubles and hassle.

Hope this is not a sign of the future.....I've been on the fence between tuners, but this lack of customer service may just help me decide which way I go. Keep us updated. Thanks.

Very interesting. Matt was a "nights and weekends don't matter" type of guy when it came to customer service and is a lot of the reason that I (and likely many others) went with PC. Now that he's gone, we'll see how they continue to carry the battle standard...

Maybe send a PM to Gustav? Let him know that one of his board sponsors is failing to uphold their responsobilities to their customers?

Right around the time of the GB, Powerchip had an alleged issue with AT&T and they were off the grid for hours to a couple of days.

I am hoping it is an issue like that.

You could benefit from a read of this thread then: Anyone with a Dinan S2 do an Evolve software upgrade?

Talk to E55AMG2 about the Alpha-N tune. Sounds pretty incredible to me too. Me thinks me wants it soon!

I dont mean to turn this into a Tune-A Vs Tune-B thread. I have beeen unable to get in touch with them and apart from some minor issues the tune works for me. I cant see myself spending almost twice for similar product, especially when the rest of my car is stock and I do not plan to get header /other mods in the future.
