HUM???

what do you guys think about putting a CF hood on the Beast? Too ricey, or will it look sporty on silver??? And what about CF splitters? I'm really serious since I need to replace my hood anyways!
INPUT PLEASE!

I think it would be a great idea for weight savings but I would only do it if you could paint it. I would not want it two tone. Way too ricey.

I think it would look GREAT on darker colored (carbon black or black) M5's since it would blend in quite well. It however wouldn't look very good on colors such as Imola red or even Alpine white. We could do the same thing as the M3 CSL and put carbon fibre only on the roof but that might be hard to do.

I think it is a good idea to make carbon hoods and maybe even trunk lid for our cars to save some weight. I would paint it matching the body color though. I don't mind the two tone style on Japanese cars but not on the M5.

Only problem with this company is it is located in the UK, I can imagine the shipping cost to send something the size of a hood over to North America.
