Humm... I suppose this will make it VERY tough for an Arab-American to do an Euro delivery. But I guess if you've got nothing to hide, what's the big deal right?? 
Well... it doesn't matter... I think w/ the recent weakend dollar, you will see a decrease of Euro Delivery participants anyways.

He said this is a new requirement which just passed, and he's not sure what the logic is. Why would this be necessary? Is it related to homeland security, or stricter import regulations, or Big Brother wanting to know who drives what? All I know is, it will delay delivery of the Beast, and I may have gone insane by that point. Has anyone heard about these new regs?
