Does anyone here have Sepia?

Just saw the Sepia Individual colour in a brochure and it looks nice. Does anybody here have this exterior colour (I think it's code 474)? Pics would be nice.

I saw one last year at the Sears Point ALMS race (no, not in the race, it was parked next to us in the Corral). The owner said that his was the first in the country; he had just gotten off the ship and BMW hadn't yet announced the color's availability.

The paint is the color-shifting and looks different from every angle. In strong light it looks good and bright and blue, purple, green, etc.. In overcast, non-directional light, I imagine it looks muddy and kind of grayish brown.

It really doesn't photgraph well (or maybe it was my photographic skills!). You really need to see it in person.

Hmmm, IMHO those pictures actually look more like the color "stratus" which was a color offered on the '2001-2002 7 Series that I saw at the dealership awhile back. Interesting...

Wow, blue "aluminum" panels. Interesting... But not nice in my opinion.

When searching for my M5, I came across to this color choice, but with the seats also having the matching color as the trim...that was TOO MUCH, and didn't look nice imo...my wife was shocked with that combo... btw: it was tagged as 'individual' (and sure it was!)

Thanks for pointing out the link to the pictures.

That color looks very interesting. Although a minor detail, I like the blue piping on the black carpets Also, regular alumninum panels would look better imo.

Wow! That color looks a lot more dynamic than Carbon Black does!
