        UK M Meeting 22nd June 2002

Following the great success of our last meeting (over 20 attendees) we have decided to make this a regular event. Our next meeting is planned for Saturday, 22nd June 2002. Here are the final details for the meeting which require you to book and pay for your entry to Santa Pod and also book your room if required for the night of the 22nd June.

        1) SANTA POD
The BMW Sprint Championships will be held at Santa Pod Raceway (http://www.santapod.com/). It is being sponsored by the BMW Car Club (GB) Ltd as part of their 50 Aniversary celebrations. The entrance fee is £9 and if you want to enter the sprints an additional charge of £13 for 4 runs. You need to book your entrance fee in advance by calling 01225 709009.

        2) DINNER
I will be arranging a dinner for those interested and this will take place around Warwick on the evening of the 22nd June. Please let me know asap if you are interested in attending this function and if anybody will be with you.

        3) OVERNIGHT
For those who wish to stay overnight I have reserved some rooms at a hotel near Warwick for the night of 22nd June. A single room will cost £54. If you wish to book a room then please send me an email for further details:

I'll try and make it - all the M5 owners are such an interesting and varied bunch of guys.

I have a two week old baby son who's taking up all my time right now!!!

        Ashok,

Congrats on your new son and can imagine your time is fully occupied at present. Would be great if you could come as I want as many M5s as possible this time
