How many people are waiting for or just ordered
I'am in the process and trying to take delivery at the proformance center. been told late july or early Aug.. any one else in the same boat..

I'm on the waiting list for June production, mid July delivery, according to my dealer. I get the call to spec out mine in about two weeks. I guess we'll both be getting our cars soon.

My 2002 Lemans Blue M5 is on the boat as we speak. Estimated delivery date is may 15th..... Yahoooooo. Of interest is the fact that the estimates of production, shipping and delivery have been very accurate all along. My order was placed in March. Good luck.

My '02 LeMans has just finished production. If all goes well, I should have it by the first week of June.

wow, kah34 and Bukes, not only did you two both picked the stunning LeMans Blue for your M5s, you both also had similar ownerships in an 540i and a Litespeed Ultimate racing bike. what a coincidence!

As far as I know, there is still a 2002 Sterling/Caramel with split seats and dark walnut on its' way to BMW Gallery in Norwell Mass. I canceled my order about a month ago and the car was already in production (LONG STORY). It should be there about now and these guys do NOT mark up!
Check them out!

I placed my order on 31st Jan'02 and have a week 21 Build. Only 5 weeks to go till pick-up.

My production date was 4-26-02. Car was finished on 4-24-02. Sitting at the dock waiting for the slooooooowwww boat to the US. Will post as the progress changes. Ordered in March.
